Can You Get the Mark of the Beast and Still Be Saved?

Some authors believe a person can. In fact, one prominent author sold millions of books where a character was saved even after taking the Mark of the Beast.

In this article, I will explain whether it is possible for a person to get the Mark of the Beast and still be saved.

Can You Still Be Saved?

The Mark of the Beast is something a person gets to show their loyalty to the Antichrist. Therefore, a person pledges their loyalty to the Antichrist and thereby declares themselves as an enemy of God. That is why the third angel of Revelation 14 warns that anyone who gets the Mark of the Beast will be tormented forever:

“(9) And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, (10) The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: (11) And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.” (Revelation 14:9-10)

Therefore, you cannot get the Mark of the Beast and still be saved. You will be condemned if you accept the Mark of the Beast. Do NOT accept the Mark of the Beast!

But can you be forced to take the Mark of the Beast against your will or get it without knowing it? I strongly believe the answer is No. To learn why, see my article “When Is the Mark of the Beast Coming & Will You Be Forced to Get It?

  1. I suspect that some will.take the Mark and then subsequently regret it. I have nothing but my Spider Senses to back it up, but in the Sermon On The Mount when Christ says,
“And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.”
    (~Matt. 5:30)
… I wonder if this is the only recourse for those believers that take the mark.
