Revelation 6:1-2: What Does the First Seal Represent? Video Transcript

What does the first seal in Revelation 6 represent? Christ opens the seal and what follows is a white horse that goes conquering and to conquer:

"(1) And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see. (2) And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer."

Some believe the White Horse is Christ. However, Christ is in Heaven as the seals are opened, so it’s not Him. Instead, the white horse represents the Antichrist who will confirm a 7-year covenant with many.

He will initially appear as a peace maker, but that won’t last long because he will an empire to build.
