When Will the Bowl Judgments Take Place Video Transcript
The Seven Bowl Judgments represent the seven last plagues of God’s thumos wrath.
"(1) And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God. [...] (7) And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever." (Revelation 15:1, 7)
Some teach they are poured after the Tribulation. I used to believe this was true as well.
However, it is much more likely that they will be poured near the end of the Tribulation.
The reason is that some of the bowl judgments refer to the kingdom of the Antichrist as a target of judgment.
"(10) And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, (11) And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds." (Revelation 16:10-11)
This means that judgments will be poured during the Tribulation since the Antichrist reign will end when the Tribulation is over.
