The Book of Psalm is full of verses and passages that relate to the end times. Psalm 2 is another great example of how rich the Book of Psalms is when it comes to Bible prophecy.

Psalm 2 depicts a scene where the nations of the earth will rage against God and Christ. The Lord will respond by unleashing His wrath by speaking.

Psalm 2:1-5: (1) Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? (2) The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying, (3) Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. (4) He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. (5) Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.

The Psalm also talks about how Christ will rule over the whole earth.

Psalm 2:6-9: (6) Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. (7) I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. (8) Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. (9) Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

Psalm 2 is about the events of the 7th trumpet and 7th bowl judgment. During that time, the earth will become the property of God and Christ and Christ will destroy the nations of the earth by speaking. For more, compare Revelation 19:15 and Psalm 2.

Revelation 19:15: And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Psalm 2:4-5, 9: (4) He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. (5) Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. [...] (9) Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.
