What Can Proverbs Teach Us About the Rapture?

The Book of Proverbs contains passages that help us to further understand the harvest of the earth at the end of the age. I give an overview of two Proverbs concerning the end times.

The Book of Proverbs contains passages that help us to further understand the harvest of the earth at the end of the age.

Proverbs 2:21-22 and Proverbs 10:30 both state that the righteous will not be removed while the wicked will be cut off from the earth:

Proverbs 2:21-22: "(21) For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. (22) But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it."
Proverbs 10:30: "The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth."

These passages confirm what is taught in the Parable of the Wheat and Tares and in the Parable of the Dragnet. The righteous will not be removed as many believe. The wicked will be removed while the righteous remain on the earth. The righteous will remain to receive their reward.
